Michael J. Stabile, Ph.D. uses his extensive leadership training in a wide variety of vocations: education, leadership and coaching, consulting, and writing. But the same theme permeates his many positions of influence: he is passionate about inspiring and empowering others to be change agents in their homes, jobs, and communities. FutureNow Consulting LLC, founded by Mike, offers executive coaching, training, webinars, and personalized life coaching to facilitate transformative change at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Notably, Mike is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, trainer, and speaker. Mike and his wife, Pam, live in Naples, Florida. They are blessed with three married daughters and seven grandchildren. Introducing Lucy Kay Warren, my 16-year-old granddaughter, and I collaborated on the development of the character of Lucy and the implementation of the leadership values. She is also a talented vocalist, and actor.
