As we age, we want to stay as healthy as we can for as long as we can. We know old age, and what it brings with it, will eventually catch up to us. But in the meantime, we can make the right choices in food and prevent vitamin deficiency as we age, a common problem in older adults. We can achieve these goals with the newest release from Ron Kness called "Healthy Vitamins Handbook - Over 50s Edition". Based on these exciting teachings, you will learn about all the dramatic benefits of getting enough vitamins, and of the correct kind, as you age. This book is built around a very clear concept: stay as healthy as you can for as long as you can. It's not just about staying healthy by getting the right kinds and amounts of vitamins. Having great vitamin intake is linked to eating healthy and managing weight. As adults age, they need to eat less because their daily calorie burn is less due to a loss of muscle mass. But less food can also result in vitamin deficiency unless supplemented. But in this book, we look at all of the ways you can improve your own vitamin intake, starting with knowledge of which vitamins are necessary, how much of each one, the kinds of food to eat to get the right vitamins, problems if deficient in that vitamin and health symptoms to look out for, along with things to look out for both if you are getting too much or too little of a particular vitamin. This book looks at what it takes to support this goal of good health in older adults by choosing the kinds and quantity of foods wisely. The choices you make about foods that contain the proper vitamins needed as you age has a direct impact on your vitamin intake and ultimately your health. In "Healthy Vitamins Handbook - Over 50s Edition", we'll cover all the bases, giving you everything you need to know to stay healthy by eating foods high in the vitamins needed.

I have published over 125 books on Amazon for Kindle, CreateSpace and other publishing platforms. While most of my books are on health and fitness in general, as I age (now 65) at the time of this writing) my topics of interest are geared toward aging baby boomers and older. Besides my own writing, I also ghostwrite ebooks, books, reports, articles, blogs and do Kindle conversions for clients on a variety of topics. Today my wife and I are retired from our careers and live in Gold Canyon, AZ. I now write as a retirement business where you'll find me happily sitting in my office typing away on my laptop as I work on my next book or ghostwriting project . . . that is if we are not traveling on a cruise ship - our new-found mode of travel.
