Gay Ward Foster is a graduate of the Jamaica Theological Seminary where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies, with emphasis in Guidance and Counseling. In addition to an MBA in General Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, she also holds a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She and her husband, William are former members of Hope Gospel Assembly in Kingston, Jamaica. They are active members of Bethel Baptist Church of Collegeville, in Birmingham, Alabama.
