Kent Vaughn is a co-founder of Blaze Performance Solutions. Over the past 25 years he has conducted over 2,000 days of consulting work, helping Fortune 500 and 100 Leaders (from the "C" Suite to the front line) maximize their potential and improve their results. His clients have included FedEx, Wal-Mart, Nissan, Honda, Kimberly Clark, ServiceMaster, Nike, Covenant Transportation, USXpress, NHC, HCA, Scripps and 100’s of others. Kent began his career in Europe as a Soviet Military Intelligence Analyst for the U.S. Army at the height of the Cold War. Prior to co-founding BPS, he spent 24 years with the Franklin Covey Company in multiple Consulting and Senior Leadership Roles. For more than a decade, he was a leader with several other organizations including a Fortune 100 company. He attended the University of Alabama; where he completed a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA (all in four years) graduating with Honors. All while holding multiple leadership responsibilities for a retail organization and his church. Kent has been married for 35 years to his wonderful wife, and has three amazing children. He loves swimming, running, cycling, working out, and hanging out with his family. Kent continues to be goal oriented earning his first black belt in Tae Kwon Do on his 40th birthday, running a marathon for his 45th birthday, completing a mile swim for his 50th and recently finishing multiple Sprint Triathalons.
