Grandpa Moses Baird is a poet of Americana subjects, with a bit of world history, fantasy, and family intertwined. Always with a higher ideal for a constantly unfolding life. From a long spiritual history, he believes the only actual constant in life, is one's belief in a God for all. He personally believes that the embodiment of a true God is best found through Jesus Christ. However, while his has his own personal faith, he believes that all people are entitled to their beliefs; if they are peace-loving and seeking to love others beyond themselves. God is Good. That is the thread that has taken Grandpa Moses over his 80 years; and continues to guide him in all things. His greatest wish is for you to enjoy his most favorite work to date, “A Volume of Poetry - Number 79". He is happy to entertain your comments about any poem in the volume that may have significant impact upon you when reading it. It would bring joy to him to know the feelings that others have, that may be similar to his own, when he often reads his own poetry for enjoyment.
