ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Nichola Harvey is a Social Entrepreneur, Management Consultant, Motivational Speaker and Part Time Lecturer with over twenty-three years of professional experience in the corporate world. Nichola is the daughter of Urias and Mary Harvey (both deceased) and is a proud product of the community of Laventille, East Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. One of her greatest achievements is establishing the We Say Y.E.S. Organization. A NGO which delivers structured youth entrepreneurship, self-empowerment and parent empowerment programmes over a six (6) year period. This NGO targets at risk youths between the ages of 5 to 16yrs and nurtures them into becoming empowered, entrepreneurial youths who are confident, competent, caring, creative achievers, contributors and leaders. It is Nichola’s personal mission to use her knowledge, skills and abilities to create more success stories in individuals, families and communities nationally and globally.
