Walter L. Coley, Jr. is the son of Walter and Alice Coley (gone home) and the husband of Barbara; they have 2 children and 1 grandchild. As a member of the US Air Force and Civil Service, he has done everything from fueling airplanes and forecasting the weather, to managing multimillion dollar projects and mentoring executives. He is a lifetime learner. He and Barbara live in Arizona.
