THE ADVENTURES OF PEPPER THE BLACK CAT & MITZI is a feel good, fun, animal adventure book. Pepper’s lineage comes from a Black Cat ancestor that lived 1,000s of years ago. The Black Cat stories have been handed down from generation to generation. Pepper’s capabilities allow him to transform his physical features, and communicate with animals as well as with human beings. In the 1st chapter, Pepper talks about his ancestral heritage, and how his great powers were derived. Pepper’s early years are a growth period, where Pepper gets use to his remarkable powers. Pepper has loving human parents that try to raise him as a normal child, while letting him feel free to pursue his life’s dreams. The 1st quarter of the book takes you through Pepper’s school years. Pepper soon realizes that he is a special cat. During this time, Pepper puts out a fire, is a big hit with the ladies, meets his future friend Straight Arrow, helps a needy bear, saves us from World War III, and rescues his fellow campers. In the 2nd quarter of the book, Pepper catches a robber, and goes to college. He joins all the branches of the military. Pepper learns how to drive tanks and fly planes. Pepper sail Navy vessels in the open seas. Using his powers, and witty ways, Pepper quickly proves himself to the military. Pepper is sent on missions by the President. You will read about how Pepper destroys an enemy outpost, while playing golf with his dad, and how he stops drug smugglers. Pepper sinks a catamaran, and destroys an outhouse. During his military service, Pepper spends time with his Dad, Mom and Sisters, Daisy and Mitzi. He even plays in the World Series. He receives medals, promotions, and praises for his heroism. In the 3rd quarter of the book, Pepper continues to use his powers, and at times in the most comical way. He bestows his powers upon Mitzi, so she can pursue her interest in helping animals. Pepper and his friend Straight Arrow, join the Central Smart Agency (CSA). Pepper is sent on a mission to save the Queen, while Mitzi goes shopping and gets into trouble. You will read about how Pepper: captures a hijacker, saves a valuable piece of art in France, saves lives on a Hawaiian island, goes on a secret mission to China and North Korea, saves the President of Mexico’s daughter, and is uniquely rewarded. Pepper visits New York, saves the Golden Gate Bridge from being blown up, goes to Seattle and gets into a speed boat race, flies a flying saucer off the Seattle Space Tower, and lands in Russia. Pepper and Mitzi go to Africa and saves animals from poachers. Mitzi pursues her USA Animal Humane Society project, while unaware that Pepper is a CSA agent. Mitzi uses Pepper’s popularity to promote her project by getting Pepper to pose on the nose of a rhinoceros. She also gets Pepper into an ostrich race. In the last quarter of the book, Pepper and Mitzi visit with animals in a zoo, telling them cat stories and trying to get them release from jail. Pepper is ordered by the CSA to go to Lake Tahoe, and meet with agent Arrow to save a treasured animal population. Pepper learns about top secret CSA equipment that can do brilliant things. You will learn how Pepper gets to the other side of the world in a remarkable way. Later, Pepper’s powers lead him back into sports. You will read how Pepper takes on the racing world in his Fugato racer, and you will be introduced to “Charlie Horse.” You will read how Mitzi and Pepper’s relationship dramatically changes. You will learn about Zorky. You will read about: a heart felt tribute to our Veterans, Pepper’s quest to run for President, the story of Stonewall Willie, and how Pepper and Mitzi celebrate the holidays. Pepper and Mitzi conclude by encouraging all of us to donate to the charities of our choice, and to help out the less fortunate.
