À propos de l'auteur

Deborah Burnside has been writing for as long as she can remember. Her creative efforts through the years have included numerous poems, a handful of short stories, and two stage plays. She is considering pulling some of those together into a single volume. A Cousin Scorned is her second book. Her first, Prodigal Hearts, was published in January 2017 as a stand-alone, but she has decided to bring her characters back in two more books. She is currently working on Book #2. Deborah currently lives in Shasta County, California with her husband Patrick. The couple currently has six cats, but that number is subject to change at any given time. When not writing, Deborah rescues stray, abandoned, and abused animals - primarily cats, but occasionally dogs as well. A Cousin Scorned had its genesis while she was still in high school. Years after abandoning it to the deep, dark recesses of her file cabinet, she has dusted it off and brought it to publication. She trusts you'll enjoy this story of rival cousins and the boy who gets caught in the crossfire.
