“Let’s Try All Over Again” is a prosocial book intended for preschool and kindergarten age children. It emphasizes that kids can change the way they feel by changing the way they act. Leo is having a terrible day at school. It seems like no one pays attention to him, no one wants to share with him, and no one likes him. He ends up spending a lot of time in "time out". Leo doesn't realize that the challenging day is caused by his own behavior. He chooses to not use good manners, does not say "hello" to anyone, and doesn't say "please" or "thank you". When Mom arrives to pick him up and realizes what a bad day he had, she explains to him that using good manners and having a positive attitude towards his friends may help him have a better day. The next day Leo uses his mom's advice and as a result of changing his behavior, he ends up having a great day at school!
