C. Stuart Hardwick is a Writers of the Future winner, a Jim Baen Memorial Award winner, and a James White award semifinalist. He's a regular in Analog Science Fiction & Fact and his work has appeared in Galaxy’s Edge, Andromeda Spaceways In-Flight Magazine, Forbes.com and Mental Floss, among others. A southerner from South Dakota, Stuart grew up creating “radio” dramas and stop-action animated shorts before moving on to ill-conceived flying machines. He worked with the creators of the video game Doom, married an aquanaut, and trained his dog to pull a sled. He's been known to wear a cape.
