Wild places have many wonderful stories to tell. We must be willing to listen. This book shares stories from our nation's first national park. The chapters were written for Project Yellowstone, a summer enrichment program offered through a small college in North Carolina. However, the lessons can be applied to your local forest or green space. We hope that these stories will deepen your appreciation of the natural world.Appreciation leads to conservation.
