J Richard Knapp is an internationally recognized American author and speaker from the Pacific Northwest. His education includes degrees from the University of Oregon and Boise State university. Knapp is internationally recognized as a leader in education, bully prevention specialist, and an author of many tween and young adult fiction books. J Richard Knapp is the Founder and CEO of Stop-Bullies.com, Magpye Publishing, and KnappStory.com. Shona Anderson grew up in Guelph Ontario, Canada before moving to Mid-Western Ontario. She has worked as both a classroom teacher and as a school administrator. Shona's first non-fiction book, co-published by OPC and Corwin Press, No More Bystanders = No More Bullies, was released in January 2011. Her first fiction work, CHANGES – THE BOOK OF KATI, is co-written with J Richard Knapp. Outside of school Shona is a very busy mother of 6-year-old twins. She is also a wife, a daughter, a sister and a friend. Shona is a self-professed reality television junkie.
