First off thank you for purchasing and reading my book. It is my sincere hope that the writings have brought you a more effective understanding of leadership and being successful in real estate as well as in your life circumstances. I have lived my life in Western Pennsylvania, residing in the small yet resilient town of Johnstown. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. I earned my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and the designation of PhD (a.b.d.) [all but dissertation] from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I have put that knowledge to use in leadership positions for over 25 years. I have been happily married since 1991 and, along with my wife, Pam; have raised 2 boys and 5 dogs.
