Deirdrie LoVerso is a multi-talented author who has honed in on her vast writing abilities and abundant imagination to bring to children fun, humorous, and educational books. Surprisingly, she began writing at age 4. She is a proud mother who enjoys singing, reading and playing chess. She attended a high school for the gifted, majoring in Securities and Finance, was a member of the National Honor Society/Arista and received an award for creative writing. She's an alumni of CW Post/Long Island University. Being an avid reader, Deirdrie LoVerso believes that learning and education need not end with college.
