You have a monumental choice before you: how you will invest your time, energy, and, ultimately, your life. This is not about your education level or formal training. This is about your willingness to take action on this work and to make it a part of your daily routine. Remember, it is not always the large, Hollywood ending or the “Rocky” moments that determine our success. Instead, it’s the small things we do daily, habitually, that make us successful. Based on my life experiences, I have created the game plan and road map I wish I had when I started out. I share it with you now. Let’s get started!

Prior to LegalShield, James launched and presided as the President of Affinity Solutions at the Allstate Insurance company, where he led revenue growth through the creation of new distribution partnerships such as United Airlines, Intercontinental Hotels and Bass Pro Shops. Prior to Allstate, James served as a SVP within JPMorgan Chase Card Services, driving member and revenue growth through partnerships with over 250 companies. In his earlier years there, James served as the HR Service Delivery North America Executive, while playing a key role in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; offshoring and numerous operational and technology transformations.
