The suggestions have helped hundreds in the past and are still efficacious. This is a little book that should be a constant companion to any person – Christian or not – interested in avoiding most of the mines on this theater called earth.

Dr Chidi Victor Nweneka, a Medical Doctor, and Seventh-day Adventist Christian, has served in various capacities in the church from the local church level to the Union over the last 40 years. An invested Master Guide, he was a former President and Chaplin of the Fellowship of Adventist Students, University of Benin, Nigeria, a former National President of the Nigeria Association of Adventist Students, among others. He is presently the Health and Temperance Leader of his Local Church in Abuja, Nigeria. Dr Nweneka is married with children.
