Get to know who you are, what you want, and listen to your body's messages. Find the person within, look for your values, have boundaries, these can help you build a strong foundation. The beginning of a brighter future. You got this. I have included in this book, what was going on in my life at the time, what I was experiencing, and how I went forward with my life. I have added quotes and other information that have also helped me during this time. My achievement for this book is the hope that I have made a difference and given you inspiration to rebuild your life. We need to turn over a new leaf and move forward so that we can grow. Love your life, you have the power. Be true to yourself. Don't give up on yourself.
