The Association of Celtic Students of Ireland and Britain was established in 2012 to provide a forum for Celtic Studies students from across these islands and beyond to come together to share ideas and build links socially and academically. Our annual conference enables undergraduate and postgraduate students to present papers on any topic in Celtic languages and their attendant literatures, cultures, histories and politics etc. in a supportive and stimulating environment among their peers. This second volume of proceedings includes papers from our 2015 conference in Falmouth, our 2016 conference in Galway and our 2017 conference in Glasgow. Most of the papers are in English but there are also contributions in Welsh, Irish, Cornish, Breton, Manx and Scottish Gaelic. The range of topics covered is broad, including sociolinguistics, history, literature and more.
