Synopsis

Shakti Tao is a combining of two energies. Shakti was originally a Sanskrit word, meaning power of Divine Feminine energy, which is the source of Life. And, Tao is a Chinese word meaning way, path, or route, sometimes referred to as doctrine or principle. Shakti Tao, therefore, is a way of joining with the energy or force of Life for the purpose of promoting longevity of life, well-being, and health. This book includes step-by-step instructions for merging with each life force through body movements, directed breathing patterns, mudras, and chants which are all easy to follow for practitioners of any age or fitness level.
