Parousia: Love's Light is a non fiction and poetic exploration of the healing properties of the gemstones cited at Revelation 21 that describe The Heavenly City; The Holy City: The New Jerusalem. In her previous book 'Healing Poems for Positive Love' Francess asks why was/is Jesus Christ the greatest Healer of all time and what made and makes Him so and asked the question 'if God is Love, is Love God'? A holisitic look at mind, body and spirit and the autonomic nervous system response to stress, her books explore Love as a positive state of being in an endorphin blood - perhaps the Blood of Christ which can attain to rapture and bliss as Heaven on Earth which can only come into being with adherence to God's moral Love. Francess contrasts the state of being in Love with the survival state of fear, adrenaline and cortisol responses to hurts, pain and sin for Love to conquer fear in mind, body and spirit. Working with the positive mindset of Love in accord with Faith as a positive goal and outcome for Love to be made whole for peace for 'a healing of all nations'. With 30 years studying and working with the healing arts as a Holistic Therapist, Francess identifies the emotional links between mind, body and spirit and explores the boundaries of love and fear both physiologically and emotionally for healing Love. After the Kinesiology technique of muscle testing was challenged as a form of divination based on the scriptures (‘that those practicing fornication, spiritism, divination, and such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God’) Frances spent many years studying scripture and healing; knowing that professional muscle testing did none of those things it was accused of. Having great faith in a God of Love who fulfills His promises - Francess studied scripture for the healing message of God and set out to find why Jesus Christ is the greatest healer of all time. Some interesting and conclusive answers have resulted in Francess writing poetry weaving anatomy, physiology and spirituality into one for consciousness of the Oneness of Love in all. A keen photographer, Francess has collated a collection of some of her finest moments capturing some unusual aspects of Light both here on our local coastline and some in Mediterranean destinations including Venice, Lisbon, the Canary Islands and Naples. Many have inspired poems in her forthcoming collection based on three life changing cruises taken with the artist, Pauline Williams. Francess shows how Love is always a positive state of being, that creates more positive states of being, resulting in ‘fruits of the spirit’ for Love, joy, faith, goodness, mildness, kindness with patience and self control for peace to prevail in man being kind for Heaven to come down to Earth; ‘let thy Kingdom come’.
