Dr. Birgit Zottmann Dr. Birgit Zottmann born in Germany studied psychology, educational science and humanities in Frankfurt. She has trained in Hypnotherapy with the best teachers in Germany, the UK and the US. She is a Mindfulness Teacher (MBSR) (Center for Mindfulness University of Massachusetts) and a Strategic Coach (Tony Robbins) She has a private practice in Frankfurt/ Germany for more than 17 years. She draws from a variety approaches and applies them depending on the client‘s needs. She specializes in insomnia, emotional eating, non smoking and anxiety. She also loves to help people with dealing with life problems like grief and loss. Her clients describe her as warm, understanding and goal oriented.
