Synopsis

An illustrated children's book for adults featuring beautiful Godzilla and King Kong inspired paintings of Giant Bears attacking major Canadian cities and landmarks. Includes Grizzly Bear Colossuses attacking the CN Tower, Spirit Bears surfing the Tsunami into Vancouver, a huge Bearnado ripping into Winnipeg, giant bear cubs playing jump rope with the Eastern Gateway pipeline, Polar Bear Behemoths dropping a glacier on to the oil sands, and the Giant Bears delivering a very Canadian wall to keep the Americans out. At least that's what Granny says really happened.

Alexander Finbow is a Canmore based filmmaker and author, creator of the award winning Loxleys series of original graphic novels, co-writer of The Loxleys and Confederation with Mark Zuehlke and Niigaanwewidam James Sinclair, author of the action comic series 24 Hours in London. Originally from England, Alexander immigrated to Canada in 2009.
Ryan Ferrier is a Canadian writer and letterer. He's written D4VE for Monkeybrain Comics, as well as Tiger Lawyer, The Brothers James, and Ultranova for Challenger Comics, an independent collective imprint he runs with artist Brian Level.
Nyco Rudolph started off by designing show posters, album covers and merchandise for bands in the local Winnipeg music scene. His portfolio of commission work was growing bigger and bigger, but his mind was overflowing with ideas that he wanted to bring to life. When he's not at his drawing desk, he's on the road bringing his special flavour of art to the Canadian masses: an eclectic mix of propaganda style, anthropomorphic animals, old school 3D and film noir.
