Synopsis

We live in a moment that tests leaders on more than skills alone. Influence without integrity is hollow; courage without character loses its compass. This book offers a Scripture-shaped leadership model designed for today's emerging leaders--especially Gen Z and Gen X--who want both impact and accountability. You'll find a practical framework built around three core pillars: calling, courage, and character. Learn how to translate spiritual values into everyday leadership decisions, cultivate disciplines that sustain you under pressure, and navigate real-world challenges with wisdom and grace. Along the way, you'll encounter concise guidance, bite-sized exercises, and brief case studies drawn from diverse workplaces and contexts. Whether you're spearheading a team, launching a initiative, or guiding others toward shared goals, this book helps you lead with integrity--where your influence serves a higher purpose and elevates those you lead.
