In this volume Fran brings together many nuggets of hard-won wisdom she gleaned on her travels, crystalizing many insights she uses every day to create a happy, meaningful life. Using her experiences as a testing ground, Fran shares simple tools and techniques and reveals • How simple changes can transform our lives • How to overcome resistance to change • Important reasons for releasing the past. • The value of forgiveness You can learn from Fran’s mistakes and brighten up your life. Because, after all, happiness matters.
