Ines de la Fressange, mannequin, égérie Chanel, a créé sa propre ligne de vêtements, et incarne le style et l'élégance parisienne. Son livre La Parisienne, best-seller international, paru fin 2010 aux Éditions Flammarion et traduit depuis dans plus d'une vingtaine de langues, est suivi de Comment je m'habille aujourd'hui ?Les Parisiens (Flammarion, 2017), Sous les toits de Paris (Flammarion, 2018).

Journaliste de mode, Sophie Gachet a couru les fashion weeks dans le monde pour le magazine ELLE de 1998 à 2019.
