Text block firmly bound in and tight. With 127 numbered pages on heavy weight, glossy stock. Numerous full-color illustrations of uniforms, some full-page. Also replete with B&W archival photos of soldiers and officers in various attire. Detailed notes accompany the illustrations. Pages 65-74 with 1.5 inch diagonal crease at upper outside corner. The Feldbluse (field blouse) was the primary service and combat tunic for the German Army (Heer) and Waffen-SS from 1933-1945, evolving from high-quality wool with dark green collars (M36) to simplified, functional designs (M43/M44) due to wartime shortages.
