Tapan Bose a été professeur à l'Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières jusqu'en 2005. Spécialiste des diélectriques et de la thermodynamique, il a fondé l'Institut de Recherche sur l'Hydrogène de Trois-Rivières où sont étudiés tous les aspects théoriques et pratiques liés à l'hydrogène vecteur d'énergie. Tapan Bose est actuellement président d'Hydrogen Engine Centre Canada et de l'Association Canadienne de l'Hydrogène.
Pierre Malbrunot, physicien, ancien chercheur au Centre National de la Recheche Scientifique à l'Université de Paris-Nord est spécialiste de la thermodynamique des gaz. Il a travaillé sur la purification et le stockage de l'hydrogène vecteur d'énergie. Il est un des membres fondateur de l'Association Française de l'Hydrogène.
