Catering College at Rouen, France. From 1978 to 1980, technical master of professional education at the Technical Catering School of Bainbridge, Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe. Since 1980, technical master of professional education at the Jean Drouant Technical Catering School in Paris, ensuring simultaneously the co-ordination of the practical catering courses at the "G.R.E.T.A.", (Paris Academy).
