À propos de l'auteur

Originally from Germany, Janik lived in the UK for six years. He moved there for a six-month internship, which turned into a more than six-year-long stay in the country. A step that was driven by a very open welcome, which then transformed into a profound love for the country and its people. Despite initial challenges in adapting to British sarcasm and culture, Janik quickly grew to appreciate the nation's unique charm. What captivated him most was the openness and humour of the British - a quality they often underplay themselves. From the breathtaking countryside to the vibrant and diverse culture, the UK became more than a destination; it became a second home.
