Tiago Neves Sequeira owns a PhD in Economics (Macroeconomics) from NOVA School of Business and Economics (Lisbon, Portugal). He has been an active researcher on the theory and empirics of Economic Growth and has been published in recognized international journals such as Ecological Economics, Research Policy, Regional Studies, Scandinavian Journal of Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organisation, Oxford Economics Papers, Macroeconomic Dynamics, among many other.
Liliana Reis Ferreira owns a PhD in International Relations and Politcal Science from University of Minho (Braga, Portugal). She has been awarded with the José Medeiros Ferreira Award (from the European Institute) for one of the best thesis on International Relations of Portuguese Universities linked to the European integration process. She has published a book A Contrucão do Ator Securitário Europeu: A Hora dasEscolhas and several chapters and articles in topics such as global governance, and UE common policies.
