� propos de l?auteur

Gabriel Echeverr�a obtained his PhD at the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain in 2016. His dissertation compared the experience of Ecuadorian irregular migrants in the cities of Madrid and Amsterdam. Adopting a social systems perspective, the work inquired into the complex relations between states, societies and migrants. Currently he is research fellow at the University of Trento. His research interests include: social theory, citizenship and migration policies.
