This is followed by a gradient of leadership developmental sessions. Ghadah Angawi is the CEO and founder of Neocharismatic Leadership LLC (USA) and is an expert in executive leadership and team coaching. Dr Angawi has spent the past 20 years of her career developing a leadership effectiveness model derived from her experiences in training and coaching leaders and by her research on Neocharismatic leadership. She has several accreditations and certifications including Emotional Intelligence assessor, Cultural Intelligence advanced trainer and assessor, 6 Team Condition advanced practitioner and ICF accredited Certified Coach.
