Jan Awrejcewicz is the head of the Department of Automation, Biomechanics and Mechatronics at Lódź University of Technology. He is a two-time recipient of the Humboldt Award, editor of a few international journals, and the organizer of a number of international conferences on Dynamical Systems Theory and Application.
