Christos Floros is a Professor of Finance and Vice Rector of Research at the Hellenic Mediterranean University, Greece. His main research interests include behavioural finance, financial derivatives, financial economics/econometrics and empirical banking. He has published in academic journals such as the European Journal of Finance, Journal of Empirical Finance, Journal of International Financial Markets Institutions and Money, Annals of Operations Research, Urban Studies, Manchester School, Journal of Policy Modeling, International Review of Financial Analysis, Review of Accounting and Finance, Applied Financial Economics, Economic Modelling, Research in International Business and Finance, Journal of Emerging Market Finance, Global Finance Journal, Managerial Finance, Journal of Derivatives and Hedge Funds, among others. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Financial Markets and Derivatives (IJFMD) and Editor of the International Journal of Computational Economics and Econometrics (IJCEE). He has been a Guest Editor for special issues, while he has been involved in a number of research funded projects. Christos has presented several papers at international academic conferences, is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK, and has successfully supervised several PhD students and post-doc researchers. His recent books with Palgrave Macmillan are Modelling and Forecasting High Frequency Financial Data (with S. Degiannakis; 2015), and The Greek Debt Crisis (with I. Chatziantoniou, 2017).
Ioannis Chatziantoniou is Associate Professor of Empirical Finance in the Department of Accounting and Finance, School of Management and Economic Sciences, Hellenic Mediterranean University, Greece. He previously held the position of Reader of Empirical Finance in Portsmouth Business School in the United Kingdom. His main research interests involve Energy Finance, International Finance, Real Estate Finance, as well as Commodity Markets. He has presented his work in prestigious international academic conferences and universities around the world.
