In this context, the study also defines the term "Legal Technology", categorises Legal Technology services ("application-oriented categorisation"), analyses the relevant European legal framework and highlights the connections to the upcoming European Artificial Intelligence Act.

Prof. Dr. Domenik H. Wendt, LL.M., director at the Research Lab for Law and Applied Technologies, conducts research in the legal fields of Finance Market Law, Artificial Intelligence Law, Digitalisation of the Legal Market and the Law of sustainable mobility solutions.
