Dr. Stefan Kühl is Professor of Organizational Sociology at Bielefeld University and works as a consultant for Metaplan, with particular responsibility for ministries, administrations, companies and associations.
Dr. Judith Muster is a partner at Metaplan and a research assistant to the Chair of Organizational and Administrative Sociology at the University of Potsdam. She researches and advises on reorganization, strategy development, and project management.
