À propos de l'auteur

Alexander Redlein is a Professor of Real Estate and Facility Management and heads the research group on 'Real Estate and Facility Management' (IFM) at the Vienna University of Technology (Austria). He is also the President of the Real Estate User Group (REUG), and former President of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Austria. Along with his research activities, he is a strategic advisor to several international companies and the public sector, advising on facility management concepts, methods, ICT implementation and workplace management. Since 2019 he is part of the international teaching team of ME310 Design Thinking at Stanford University and also teaching at IIT Bombay.
