Prof. Schulitz is an honorary member of the American Institute of Architects as well as a member of the Bund Deutscher Architekten (BDA, Federation of German Architects) and the Braunschweigische Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft (Braunschweig Scientific Society). Since 2001, he has been a member of the Architecture Section of the Akademie der Künste (Academy of the Arts), Berlin.

The firm SCHULITZ + PARTNER was founded by Prof. Schulitz in Los Angeles, California (USA); the firm moved its headquarters to Braunschweig (Germany) in 1983.

Prof.Schulitz ist Ehrenmitglied des American Institute of Architects, Mitglied des BDA (Bund Deutscher Architekten) und der Braunschweigischen Wissenschaftlichen Gesellschaft. Seit 2001 ist er Mitglied der Akademie der Künste, Berlin, Sektion Baukunst.

Das Büro SCHULITZ + PARTNER wurde 1974 von Prof. Schulitz in Los Angeles (USA) gegründet, der Hauptsitz 1983 nach Braunschweig (Deutschland) verlegt.
