Twenty years ago, a small band of runners came up with an idea: hold a race around the Alps’ highest peak, covering more than 100 miles through Italy, France and Switzerland. They expected a few crazy souls. Instead more than 700 runners showed up. Running was changed forever. À propos de l'auteur
Expert en trail running, Doug Mayer est auteur, journaliste et fondateur de la société Run the Alps. Il vit à Chamonix. Le Dernier des Géants est sa première bande dessinée et son cinquième ouvrage chez Helvetiq après Courir les montagnes suisses (2018), Passion Trail (2021), Le trail devenu légende (2023) et Courir les montagnes Chamonix - Mont Blanc (2024).
