English summary: This work introduces to the basics of systemic counselling and demonstrates the most important parts of counselling based on practical examples. An essential attribute of systemic counselling can be seen in the self-concept and method of work of the counsellor. German description: Das Buch fuhrt in die wesentlichen theoretischen Grundlagen systemischer Beratung ein und verdeutlicht die wichtigsten Bausteine an Beispielen aus der Beratungspraxis. Ein wesentliches Kennzeichen der systemischen Beratung wird am Selbstverstandnis und der Arbeitsweise des Beraters deutlich: Er beschrankt sich darauf, das Gesprach zu moderieren, ubernimmt damit Verantwortung fur dessen Verlauf, nicht aber fur die Inhalte. Damit ist die Zustandigkeit des Ratsuchenden eindeutig festgelegt. Herzstuck der systemischen Beratung bildet die spezifische Fragetechnik. Die Fragen sind ''ungewohnlich'' und sollen zur Perspektiverweiterung, Reflexionsanregung und letztlich Klarung der Situation dienen.
