Renata Paola Dameri is Associate Professor in Business Administration and Information Systems at the University of Genoa, Italy. She is visiting professor in ICT Governance at Université Paris Dauphine, France. As former deputy mayor of Genoa for Welfare and public dwelling, she is at present Advisor to the mayor for Territorial development, innovation and smart city. She is expert member of the "Future of Cohesion Policy" team of the Committee of the Regions, European Commission and cooperates with OECD about territorial development in regions and cities. Her main research interests are in innovation, information systems, digital economy, economic and public value measurement, territorial development, smart cities and digital cities, intellectual capital in both companies and territorial systems.
