This volume brings together experts from different world regions. Edgar J. Saucedo Acosta is Professor of Economics, IIESES, Universidad Vera-cruzana, Xalapa (Mexico). He is also a former Visiting Researcher at UNU-CRIS, Bruges (Belgium).
