Soner Yildirim, PhD, is professor in the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology at Middle East Technical University in Çankaya, Ankara, Turkey. Dr. Yildirim also is an ICT consultant at Google Turkey.
Sevgi Özkan-Yildirim, PhD, is associate professor in the Department of Information Systems at Middle East Technical University in Çankaya, Ankara, Turkey. Dr. Özkan-Yildirim also is visiting research fellow at Brunel Business School in England.
