Teachers form a major population of the professional work force. Teachers work in close co-ordination with students to help them in building up their future. Work culture of an individual in an organization and the stress they experience in their job in turn may significantly affect their quality of work life. In this regard this book focuses on quality of work life and work culture of teachers.
