Synopsis

Niger Delta Region of Nigeria has in recent past witnessed long lasting agitations for improved standard of living following its enormous contributions to the Nigerian economy. The response to this demand led to establishment of different commissions. One of such commissions is the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). This commission among others is charged with the responsibility of developing the region. The provision of water project serves as one of the projects embarked upon by the commission.
