Stemformatics is a dazzling part of modern Bioinformatics. Stem cell research and Bioinformatics collaboration will open up many new avenues for specific drug designing for many diseases in a cost effective way. Epigenetics, Methylation and Cell Reprogramming are the best tools to explore new avenues to design in future customized medicine for mankind. Stemformatics may able to solve many unsolved problems in near future in the field of Phylogenetic and Translational medicine like stem cell therapy. It concerns about one of the important aspect which includes phylogenetic and CpG Islands analysis for the future clinical applications, Regenerative Medicine and resolving mysteries of various dangerous diseases and disorders. Phylogenetic analysis and identification of CpG Islands (CpIs) of two transcription factors (i.e. v-Myc and Nanog).

Ms Shivi Sharma has completed her M.Tech from MIET,Meerut (affiliated with Dr. APJ Kalam Technical University,Lucknow,U.P ,India). Ms Sharma has completed her project work in Biotechnology under supervision of Prof. Eliza Chakraborty, PhD & Pdf (USA) and Mr. Aashish Katyal. This group introduced STEMFORMATICS first time in India,2016 from MIET.
