DR. KAILAS C. THAWARE is working as a Reader in well-known Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune (India). Since 1997, he is associated with many research studies sponsored by various organizations and Institutions. At present, he teaches Financial Institutions and Markets, and Environmental Economics in this institute.
