Biographie de l'auteur

Emmanuel Ojogwu Abah, PhD: Studied Public Administration at Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma Nigeria. He is presently an Associate Professor at Kampala International University Uganda. Born on 5th September, 1966 in Ogbadibo local government area Benue Nigeria to the family of Mr Ojogwu Abah. He holds a Master’s and Doctorate degrees.
