It is also shown that debt management should be effective and fair, and Exports, FDI and Remittances are helpful for the growth of a developing country like Bangladesh. The particular objectives are: 1. To investigate the impact of external debt on economic growth of a developing country. 2. To figure out how external debt is burden for national economy. 3. To investigate the debt sustainability and debt management policy of a country. 4. To find out the determinants of debt and how it differ from others country.
